It takes 3-4 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday only. We do NOT process and ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to process. All orders will be shipped via US priority mail, in 2 to 3 days unless otherwise specified.

Please note: It is NOT our responsibility if the package is not delivered within the shipping times as it takes 3-4 business days to process the order. We are not to be held for USPS estimated delivery time.

The price for shipping and handling depends on the state and country you live in. Please check our website to find out pricing for shipping.

All orders are accepted through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make purchases.

International Delivery

International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.  Please note that we are unable to waive these fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that take place in your country’s custom’s clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 72 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package.

International packes dont have specific tracking information. We are unable to notify the customer the specific location of the package.

International packeges varie on each country for delivery time.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS:

If a customers tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, we do not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact your local shipping company.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address provided is correct. Once your items has been shipped we are unable to make any changes.  Please email us as soon as possible if any changes need to be made. Please double-check the address you are entering, because it is not our responsibility if packages are sent to the wrong address.

If your package has already been shipped to the wrong address, we cannot make any changes. We can provide you with an exchange or refund after the package gets returned back to us.
